Full riding gear, every kilometre. Helmet, jacket, gloves, boots.

Lead rider leads, sweep rider sweeps. Nobody rides alone.

Carry spares — tubes, levers, cables, plug kit — and basic medication.

Daily briefing before roll-out. Fuel and hydration at every halt.
